Meet Our Founders

The conference was founded by two female entrepreneurs with booming new businesses, both focused on women in Atlanta - Morgan Sandlin, founder of the collaborative network ATL Girl Gang and Manu Muraro, founder of the Instagram training business, Your Social Team. Founders Morgan and Manu may have a 17-year age gap and different native tongues, but they see completely eye to eye when it comes to connecting the women of Atlanta. They joined forces in the Spring of 2018 to create the inaugural sold out Let's Conference. Morgan and Manu put together the sold out inaugural Let’s Conference on June 24, 2018, in just 3-months and with no funds. The conference was greeted with rave reviews and fruitful collaborations for the attendees and sponsors. The event brought together 250 local women to hear from 17 powerhouse female speakers, including Jeni Britton Bauer (founder of Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream), Susan Bennett (the original voice of Siri).

Manu Muraro

FOUNDER OF YOUR SOCIAL TEAM

After a long corporate career as a creative at Cartoon Network and a couple of intense and very fun years handling all marketing for King of Pops, Manu founded Your Social Team in 2017 to help local brands DIY their social media. Your Social Team’s main focus is on Instagram training and she has taught over 200 brands including Ponce City Market, Tiny Doors ATL
and The High Museum of Art.

Morgan Sandlin

FOUNDER OF ATL GIRL GANG

From a young age, Morgan always pictured herself in a
major city living her creative dream. Although a lover of
all things NYC and LA, after college, she chose to move to
Atlanta, a city closer to her heart and family. After a
couple of years in a corporate sales job, she launched
ATL Girl Gang to fill a gap she felt was missing in the city.
ATL Girl Gang brings together the like-minded women
of Atlanta, the constant goal is to build relationships,
network and inspire.

This event brought so many women together in one place and I was able to showcase my work. Many people complimented my work and wanted to know more about my business. I got about 120 Instagram followers just at this conference. It brought me a lot of business and corporate clients, such as TopGolf. I am forever going to be grateful to Manu and Morgan for letting me be their balloon vendor.

Let’s Conference was incredible. It brought together SO many Lady Bosses in Atlanta. I was inspired by the speakers and panels, but also thoroughly enjoyed meeting many talented women who attended as well. Since then, I’ve partnered with many business owners I met through the conference and feel more connected to women making a difference in Atlanta. I’m so glad I went, and can’t wait for the next Let’s Conference! I’m convincing all of my lady entrepreneurs to join me!

I decided earlier this year that I would invest more time and financial resources into my brand and business.  I searched for conferences that I could attend to both learn and network that fit my personality and the covered topics that were relevant to me.  I found options in Nashville, Chicago, LA, Denver, Austin and New York; yet none were in Atlanta and I wasn’t prepared to invest in travel alongside the cost of the conferences. I became discouraged until I found @yoursocialteam on Instagram and started to notice the promos for Let’s Conference. I immediately purchased my ticket the day that they became available and grew in anticipation as the speakers and elements of the conference were announced on Instagram. I was WOWED by the experience, the networking/kindness of attendees, the event execution and the content that I was able to generate for my brand all the while learning from each of the sessions.  It was truly the BEST DAY EVER and I can’t wait to attend for year’s the come!
